We recently stayed at this condo during our family vacation and overall had a decent stay, but there were some issues that should be addressed. The location was great, and the condo itself has a lot of potential. However, several maintenance and cleanliness concerns impacted our experience. The dining table was very unstable and appeared to be held together with hose clamps. The balcony table was also broken and heavily weathered. The unit could benefit from some updating overall. Our biggest concern was cleanliness. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival—our bare feet were black within a short time of walking around the condo. The shower also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before check-in.The owner was responsive and receptive to feedback, which we appreciated, and it sounds like they are working with their cleaning company and addressing some of the furniture concerns. While we still enjoyed our vacation and the location, we hope these issues are resolved for future guests, as they would make a significant difference in the overall experience.
