The home features a charming open-concept layout with a cozy loft that houses the spacious bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed.

Spanning 110 square meters, the space comfortably accommodates up to 4 people (and even more, with extra beds available upon request) thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed in the bright living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, induction cooktop, and a table with 6 chairs. You’ll also find everything you need to feel right at home, including pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, and a pod-style coffee machine.
In addition, you’ll have the pleasure of savoring our olive oil, the result of our family traditions, which will infuse your dishes with rich Sicilian flavors.

The bathroom is a true gem, featuring a spacious shower and a comfortable armchair where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and self-care. You’ll also find a hair dryer and a complete set of towels for each guest.

The laundry room is well-equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, and clothesline, ensuring maximum convenience during your stay.

Guests have full use of the interior of the house.
The garden, however, is shared with any other guests staying in the other two houses. In fact, the entire property consists of three houses, all overlooking the same garden.

The location is ideal—we’re just a 9-minute walk from the Cathedral and Via Etnea, and 7 minutes from Castello Ursino and the Fish Market. The area is well-served by buses and other public transportation that quickly take you to the beach and every corner of the city. It’s also easily accessible from the train and bus stations, the port, and the airport. Our vacation home will allow you to fully experience Catania, immersed in the city’s colors and flavors, just a stone’s throw from shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and places of historical, cultural, and social interest.
