The unit and amenities were as advertised but it was much busier than expected. The elevators took a long time to get up and down (at one point, we waited 30 minutes and walked down from floor 30) and the pools were very busy with no chairs or loungers available.

Great unit that had everything we needed

Enjoyed our stay overall. The unit was clean and beds were super comfortable. The elevators were fast and we did not have to wait long to get one. There were a few minor issues with TV and microwave and the hotel sent someone to fix. Only major issue was that there were quite a few cockroaches noted in the unit during our short stay.

Very nice hotel but not as family friendly as we'd like. Some guests below us had a party and loud music until 3am. We called security multiple times but not sure if they resolved it or if they finally went to sleep. Might be more of a hotel for people who stay up later - we were a family of early to bed early to rise and that didn't work well for multiple nights here.
