This house is my favorite. The photos don't do it justice. It is situated in a perfect place with trees all around and where the lake is visible from the veranda. The sunken living room is amazing. The windows make it so light, and it feels like you are in a tree house. The game room and theater downstairs are top rate. I'll be back for an air hockey rematch with my son. The hosts are great. Quick to respond with clear directions and kind words. My favorite place to relax bar none!

This has got to be one of the first guests I have ever dealt with that actually understands hospitality! Most of these hosts are all in your business and want to control your stay! Are super nosey and will annoy you! I highly recommend this house! And the theatre and the game room is amazing. Don’t let the outside deceive you, the inside is the freaking best. Love it! And the price is unbeatable.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at "Cozy Lakeview & Cinema". The house was exactly as the listing describes and shows. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secluded, but it was still close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was so well-appointed, with everything we needed and more. The theater room and game room were perfect for rainy days and relaxing evenings. The views from the patio of the lake and trees was beautiful. The host communicated frequently, and check in and out were so easy. Such a fabulous property! We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Such an incredibly layout and well appointed home. That literally looks
