The property fit our party of 14 well and conveniently located to the ski slope. The only real complaint was we had issues with the hot water system throughout our stay. This was addressed with the property manager/owner and they sent someone out but was unable to address the issue until after our departure date.

House was perfect. Loved the location and alllll the plates, bowls, and silverware;). We had 4 families staying and we really appreciated all the towels and toilet paper! There is a Keurig and a small drip coffee maker - so either bring pods or small coffee filters!

I was impressed at how well the ski resort maintained given the very dry winter conditions.

Great location! Block and a half to Angel Fire shuttle, easy walk. First floor was great for the kids, foosball table, tv, pacman, multiple bunk beds. Large living room upstairs. Modest kitchen but had everything we needed. Hot tub outside was great. Just a very nice stay overall. And our hosts were super friendly and helpful. Thumbs up all around!
