The house is absolutely beautiful. It was a beautiful gift from my fiancé for my 60th birthday. 5 bedrooms downstairs, 10 upstairs. Each has its own bathroom. Half bath on each floor as well. Very clean home, and very comfortable. 2 large refrigerators in the kitchen. Parking at the home, street or a short walk to the overflow parking. Zero hassle coming in and out the gate. We enjoyed the pool area so much. Kids and adults alike. The kids loved the bunk beds. And the adults all felt special with their comfy king size beds. There's one room with two double beds; which worked perfect for a couple with their kid. The game room, we all loved it. The games are so much fun, as well as the pool table. The hot tub was excellent. The kids didn't complain all weekend :) The theater is very cool. Although the air conditioner didn't work in the theater, we left the door open and that helped. We notified the host, I'm sure they will work on that. You'll have to bring your own pool toys, floaties...however they do have a pool basketball hoop which was a lot of fun. The host replied quickly with anything we needed. Bath and hand towels are available, but no wash cloths. I bought an inexpensive 24 pack on Amazon. Most of our group who spent the weekend, we didn't have to go out for anything really. We brought our own games. We played left, right, center, its so much fun. We laughed so much. We recommend the home. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Definitely family friendly.

We have stayed here before, and love this house--huge and it's convenient to so much that Orlando area has to offer. The size of the rooms are amazing and it's great that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Having a 1/2 bath (even though the size of a full bath) off of the pool made entertaining by the pool very easy. We didn't use the game room, partially because the games are loud and then there were no billiard balls. The "theatre" room was VERY warm -- despite having an air-conditioning unit. The perks of the kitchen are the coffee machine that could be used with k-cups or grounds. And almost every cooking utensil, pan, etc. were provided. Washer and dyer on each floor were nice. Ample parking a pool were great.The house has bidets on every toilet, so they don't provide much toilet paper; we had to purchase extra. The other extra purchase we had to make was garbage bags, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. Staying 3 days, it's hard to make the limited supplies work without needing to purchase extras. Most VRBOs that we stay have separate bath and pool towels. This house uses the same towels and if maximum residents are here, not enough towels are provided; in reality each room should be provided four towels (two for room guests and two pool towels). Or pool towels stored in laundry room.NOTE: Management company is VERY EASY to work with and very friendly.Despite what may sound like minor negatives, we would stay here AGAIN and AGAIN.

Property was ideal to host family and friends for a short stay!! A price point!All concerns were addressed in timely manner!Don’t know what it is like until you get there!Treat it like it’s your home!Enjoy it!
