Our stay was overall enjoyable, but we did encounter a significant setback that I believe deserves attention. Unfortunately, the internet was down for the first 15 hours of our visit, which greatly impacted our experience. This disruption not only limited the entertainment options for the kids but also hindered my ability to work on my laptop until the WiFi was finally repaired.Given the inconvenience caused by this issue, I kindly requested a courtesy discount for our two-hour departure extension. However, I did not receive a definitive positive response. I strongly encourage the management to consider the impact of such disruptions on guests and to provide more accommodating solutions in the future. After all, a small gesture of goodwill can go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.

The house is beautiful and clean! We really enjoyed our stay! 10/10

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fine for a few nights but nothing in the kitchen is clean and the water pressure is not great. Steep stairs that make no sense up to the game room, a real hazard.
