The property location is excellent. One mile from a grocery store and a gym. It's within walking distance to numerous trails. A short 10–12-minute drive to downtown. The negatives are/were: 1. The 2 BR house is advertised as accommodating up to 6 people. However, the living room did not have curtains that fully covered the windows. 2. The thermostat went up to 79-80 degrees every night. 3. We wanted to sit in the yard w/fire pit. However, the grass/weeds had not been mowed in a number of days and were at least 6 inches high.

I stayed at this house for 35 days and I absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, the neighborhood is great, the house is so cute and nicely decorated, I felt extremely comfortable during my stay. I am beyond grateful I stumbled across this place on VRBO. I will absolutely stay at this property again when come back to Alaska.
