Enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated and very comfortable apartment. Great location to everything we needed. Complex has a wonderful clubhouse with pool, cozy sitting areas and fantastic gym. Owner is very responsive when I reached out. We certainly will stay again when back in JAX.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this property! We are UNF alumni and were in town to visit old friends and family. The location was perfect to us. Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. The apartment complex is very well maintained and extremely nice. The gym was almost always empty and had the most up to date amenities. We loved the apartment, it was so cute and had everything we needed! Even traveling with a toddler it was a perfect place for us all! Jess and Jordan helped us fix an AC issue and were available for anything we needed! totally stay here again!

Beds were comfy, kitchen has everything you need, pool and fitness center were excellent.

My family stayed at this lovely property for 6 weeks and we loved it! It was close to everything we needed, the unit was lovely, the owners were very responsive, and the amenities were outstanding! We will be coming back!
