The layout of the house is great. The outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The neighborhood is nice and great for walking. Friendly neighbors and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to nearby attractions. Communication from host was prompt as was the follow up.

Great value for staying in between St. Pete and Tampa. Host was very responsive to questions. We had multiple generations with multiple physical needs and the house accommodated all of us.

A fantastic, spacious, and clean home! The kids spent all their time in the game room, and the outdoor pool area was the perfect family hangout spot. We appreciated the extra touches like plenty of towels and pool floats. The host really thought of everything!
