Great although another aircon fitted would be good.

Reviewer Comments:
This is a great house in a quiet street in Woodgate. It's one of three in the complex. Spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen and nicely thought out in general (eg some games provided, a good selection of DVDs). Although it isn't on the Esplanade, it takes literally a minute or two to walk to the beach, and its only a few minutes walk to the cafe.

Property needs a lot of TLC to be of a higher standard.
