Amazing location and lay out; beautiful Indoor and outdoor places to eat, lounge and come together with family. Loved the outdoor shower for getting rid of the sand after fun at the beach. On an extremely hot, still day, only two of the four bedrooms have air conditioning, with none in the living areas, so this can get uncomfortable. But on a sea breeze day, there are fans throughout, so it is very pleasant. The kitchen is beautiful. It could use a few pots and pans; looks like previous guests have been hard on the electric fry pan and other fry pan, with surfaces scratched off in parts. It would be amazing to have a coffee machine.
