The VRBO was clean, beds were comfy, and the private pool was enjoyable. Management was in constant contact making sure check-in was seamless and their property met my expectations. The reason for the 4 stars is that you had to pay a rental fee for any “extras”. For example, you could rent a grill, but then you also had to rent the propane tank and the grilling tools. Thankfully we were not traveling with little kids, otherwise we would have to pay extra for a port-a-crib. When we did cook, there were no containers for leftovers. Want a crockpot? Open your wallet for a ridiculous fee. I would not hesitate to stay here again, but will just be more aware of the differences between a corporate owned VRBO vs a private family owned.

We were down for a week long softball tournament. House was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen utensils/appliances were great. Neighborhood is very quiet but still close to stores.

This company does not provide any homey ammenities. The house was clean and functional. But if you are looking for anything extra don’t look for it with them.

The location of this property is great and the themed rooms were a huge hit. Not all of the amenities were available, though (such as the pool restaurant, bar, and ice cream parlor), and the house bathrooms and floor were dirty and worn. Communication with property management was okay when I called, but not clear via email. The pool area at the house could also be weeded and more clean.
