Lovely clean well appointed home on a freshwater pond in mid-Cape, minutes from Nantucket Sound beaches. Spacious, well equipped and family friendly with game room in the basement, hammock, kayaks and a firepit. Printed reviews of local amenities with detailed personal descriptions. Great choice for our family summer vacation on the Cape. Five stars across the board!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in South Yarmouth! It was the perfect spot for our family, especially with young children. The property is incredibly relaxing and private, and having a small beach right on the pond was such a special feature. Our kids loved spending time outside, and the peaceful setting made it easy for everyone to unwind. The deck was a fantastic place to enjoy meals and relax, and the basement game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. There was plenty to do without even leaving the house. The location is also excellent—close to great restaurants, ice cream shops, and so many family-friendly activities. It made exploring the area easy and convenient.John was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience even better. We would absolutely recommend this property to families looking for a fun, comfortable, and relaxing Cape Cod getaway!

Spent a wonderful week here in June. The house is spacious and has a great setting on the pond.

The place was beautiful, comfortable and nearby everything we were after! John was also friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Cape Cod with a group!
