Overall, this was a great spot for a large group with lots of kids. Plenty of beds and sleeping space and we loved being so close to the beach, boardwalk, and belmont park. It's not very young child proof so while we would stay there again most likely, there are a few improvements we'd hope to see and/or would come prepared for (ie: no baby gate for big stairs, broken cover for the hot tub, no security gates on outdoor stairs leading to upper levels, old/worn out cooking supplies, etc)But again, we had a huge group and everyone was very comfortable, slept great, and we were able to cook most meals, all at a reasonable price compared to other homes we looked at. Ben the host was also very communicative and available for any questions I had. Overall would recommend if you can be a little flexible and remember you're in a giant quintessential beach house!

We enjoyed our week stay – 3 generations from 88 to 15. Something for everyone. Great location and walking distance to the beach, coffee, mini mart, sit-down dining and take-away. There is a nearby amusement park and miles of the paved Ocean Front walkway. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets from the top deck. No complaints 10/10

We love our stay, from the beautiful views to the wonderful hospitality. The house was stocked just right with toiletries and towels and was just great for my family. We will definitely be staying again!!
