The kitchen features a built-in kitchen with an oven and ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a crib, and one with two separate single beds—both rooms equipped with a wardrobe and a nightstand. Shower/toilet. Separate storage room for bicycles and beach gear in the garden. Parking spaces in front of the house. Large garden with swings and a slide; a rotary clothesline is available. Satellite TV, stereo system with DVD/CD player, and Wi-Fi. Separate entrance with its own mailbox.
