Hotel Panorama & Spa Elbasan

Struttura molto bella, camera pulita e grandissima, personale gentilissimo che ci ha coccolato con un ottimo spritz prima di cena. La cena è stata abbondante e ricca, con cibi tipici del luogo. Colazione servita in terrazza con vista su Elbasan...tutto fantastico. Abbiamo anche potuto usufruire della piscina esterna. Il panorama è di nome e di fatto...ma non abbiamo visitato Elbasan per pigrizia.

Great place for relaxation, great view, balcony and outdoor pool. Indoor pool in the making. Great breakfast included served at our table. Everything was great, clean, quiet and friendly staff.

Very clean resort. Good staff and cleaning team. Kids playing area outside and kids pool.

Nobody ever at the reception. Even when you call from your room, nobody picks up. You physically have to come downstairs and go to the other building where they serve and speak to someone. Breakfast is very disappointing. For resort standards Breakfast is shocking. Its as if they cannot be bothered to make anything. Hardly any options. Hard to get taxi due to location. So best to keep taxi drivers number and use them whenever you need them. Finally some of the stuff they have need to change. Specially in the kids park swings and things are falling apart and its not safe.
