All the Personel work over there was very friendly and ready to help
The hotel is in a very far place in Karol baag . Still was a good hotel to stay

I stayed 4 nights in a superior king room. It had a huge bed, sofa, desk, tv, and shower. It was a large room with lots of space.
The manager and reception team were very helpful in person and to chat through the booking.com system.
The hotel is very well located for the local markets and metro.
The air con was quite noisy.
Hot water wasn’t always readily available. You need to ask reception if you’d like hot water outside of the morning.

The location was great in the heart of the Karol Bagh area, on a lane opposite a green grass park with trees, and close to markets, the metro, Indian and Western style food venues. The staff were terrific, helpful and arranged everything we needed as well as upgrading our room with a park view. We couldn’t have asked for more.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
