The staff. Nagwa was my main point of contact and she was very helpful. Whether that was changing the apartment floor due to the elevator not working or scheduling a tour around Cairo. She was willing to help in every way possible to make the stay comfortable for me and my parents.
The elevator and the area. The area is not very clean actually very dirty. You'll find glasses store everywhere, very few eating places (they're dirty) and any other essentials. Not specifically related to the property but just something to keep in mind.

Great value for money, the host is very polite, very friendly, makes me feel safe and like home, there is a vegetable market around, I especially like it!Although it's in the city center, it's easy to get a taxi

Only our host Nagwa who tried her best to keep us comfortable. Even She changed our apartment for water disruption at Sun Homes. She is having a true sister like attitude. In abroad it meant a lot to us.
It’s in the 6th floor and the lift is very ancient. Difficult to operate. Difficult for Muslim families as there is no push shower in the toilet.
Water in the toilet was not clean and water supply was disrupted from evening.
