Suzu Saigon - A Boutique Hotel

La qualité de l’accueil, la qualité des chambres, la taille humaine de l’hôtel

Il vaut mieux prendre ses petits déjeuners à l’extérieur, surtout si on aime les petits déjeuners occidentaux

Good location, within walking distance to most places of interest

Excellent stay with outstanding staff support I had a very positive experience at Suzu Hotel. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay. What really stood out, however, was the staff. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly due to a lost passport, and the team handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I was even moved to an upgraded room with a lovely river view. A special mention goes to Yew, who went above and beyond. She accompanied me to the police station to file a report and followed up repeatedly on my behalf to ensure everything was completed properly. This level of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend this hotel—not just for the quality of the rooms, but for the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Interior. Staff.

Wi-fi speed is really low in the room. ~2mbs. If you need to work - it's not possible. We used mobile network. Air conditioner is not strong.
