Outstanding with so much attention to detail. Everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen was so we'll equipped with lots of equipment.
Great laundry facilities for longer stays. Alexa speaker. Modern TV.
A larger L-shaped sofa would have allowed for more comfortable seating.
Would stay again.
Nothing comes to mind.

House was beautifully decorated, had lots of little extra touches to make it home from home
Nothing- everything was great

The townhouse was very central, within walking distance of all the places of interest in Winchester and close to shops. The accommodation was comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with top quality kitchen appliances.
The floor of the first floor shower is made of slippery synthetic material and there are no grab rails, making it a potential hazard, particularly for elderly people.
There is no light switch in the hall to light up the stairs from below at night.

The house was well equipped with excellent equipment throughout. Good location, although we did have road noise.
We found it very difficult to access due to locked back gate. No tea towels provided. Sadly unable to sit in back yard, due to VERY smelly bins. No guidelines on recycling etc. And a small welcome pack that is usually provided in A* accommodation such as milk, breat ect would have been welcome.
