The staff and hotel are nice, but there are hidden charges. My price doubled. I would stay here again, but I would never trust booking .com again.

The 24h receptionists were fine and always available to solve any inquire, they manage to switched my booking assigning the correct room I first booked but canceled. I got the room with the view and balcony over plaza Botero, a little bit noise and unsafe by night, but the view and the position next to the metro station is worth it. The reception texted me the day before checkin to info that elevator was not currently working and they asked me if i would have like a refund or to stay. I decided that was ok (despite the 8th floor) and they got to fix the elevator in 5 6 days. The cleaning service is on request and needs to be called in advance. I booked for 10 days on a special price, for almost half the price and it was a very good deal.

The cleaning service could be every fews days without the needing to call. The room should be properly acoustic isolated (especially the one over the plaza) and an air conditioner is missing, but there's a big wall fan. The wifi is working well but after some days the connection can be lost, just request a new code to the reception.

La vista es increíble

El que tenga problemas con el ruido , no le va a funcionar

La ubicación es buena cerca de las compras , restaurantes y bares . Segura aunque veas muchos drogadictos y olor a mariguana en ciertos pasos . Pero nadie te toca.

Es la segunda vez que voy a Nutibara , pero hay un descuido tremendo, habia cucharacha , la llave del lavatorio de manos salida la puerta de la terraza a punto de dañarse en general muy descuidado y pata rematar se daño el ascensor el domingo y viajaba martes , estaba en el 8avo piso 156 escalones que me toco subir y bajar en lo tres días 10 veces . Tuvimos que bajar las maletas no había ayuda . La culpa no es de los que atienden sino de la dueña o administradora que debió preocuparse por los ocupantes del los pisos mas altos . NO VOLVERIA MAS A ESTE LUGAR QUE PENA ERA HACE DOS AÑOS MEJOR. QUE DESCUIDO TOTAL.
