Our stay was amazing, super clean, very comfortable beds, close to Kyoto station.

The cleaning was so so, the room was freezing, there is never any staff at reception, and it's actually not that close to the station if you have to walk with a suitcase. All in all, I wouldn't bother staying there, you can find much better for the same price
