Spacious house divided into 3 floors and 4 bedrooms for up to 24 people. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is a suite with a walk-in closet. The main floor has a TV room, reading area, living and dining room, powder room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. The lower floor has a garden and a large bedroom (for up to 9 people), with a table and chairs opposite the bedroom for relaxing and chatting. Garage for 2 cars.

Prime and quiet location on a residential street, surrounded by all kinds of shops such as bakeries, pharmacies, laundromats, and restaurants.

Easy access to the North and South corridor (Avenida 23 de Maio) for the city's main event and fair venues.

We provide all linens except towels due to the risk of damage from makeup; if needed, please inquire about the additional cost for this option.

No noise is allowed between 9 PM and 8 AM to avoid problems with neighbors and to respect the noise ordinances in the country, thus avoiding fines.

We do not accept reservations for fewer than 7 guests due to the size of the property.

Trash should be taken out on specific days, either by keeping it in the trash can near the laundry room or by taking it out at night on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or by placing it in front of the house.
