Roots Retreat

It was great

We loved our stay at Roots Retreat! We needed to split up a road trip but didn't find anything nearly this nice for the price in Wichita Falls. We loved the contactless check-in, the free snacks, and the adorably decorated rooms! The AC was already set and the room was cool when we arrived, which we appreciated coming in from the Texas heat! We stayed in the Freedom Room in the main lodge, and it was plenty big enough for our family of three. The little sitting area was perfect for eating our meals and relaxing. We may just come back on our trip home!

Great AC, comfy beds, easy self check in , second time staying here it's peaceful and quite

The Retreat is a delightful family oriented compound with a few motel rooms and more RV spaces. Our room was large and comfortably furnished. The owner was friendly and helpful and gave an excellent suggestion for dinner. We didn't take advantage of the various family activities available but the commons room looked very inviting.
