The newly renovated 1-room vacation apartment features a large living/bedroom with a balcony, a state-of-the-art separate kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. The living-sleeping area has a couch that can accommodate a child aged 4–12. In a pinch, it can also accommodate a third adult—but you’ll all be sleeping in the same room, so it might get a bit cramped. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available, as well as a spacious south-west-facing balcony.
You can park your car in the underground garage. This is a duplex parking space; please note the length, width, and height of the suitable car as shown in the pictures. Additional parking options are available within walking distance (max. 300–500 m).

Apartment No. 22 is located on the 1st floor, which you can easily reach by elevator. You can store your bicycles in the bike room.

Friedrichshafen is a city on the shores of Lake Constance. It is known for its significant role in aviation history, which is detailed at the Zeppelin Museum and the Dornier Museum. The lakeside promenade is lined with cafés and restaurants. The “Moleturm” on the harbor breakwater offers views of the city and the Alps. The domed Baroque towers
of the castle church dominate the cityscape and can be admired from the air during sightseeing flights in a Zeppelin
. Friedrichshafen is a port for Lake Constance boat tours, offering sightseeing cruises and a catamaran that takes you to Constance and back to Friedrichshafen in just under an hour. But you can also reach all the other towns around the lake from here via the Lake Constance ferry service. The Zeppelin Museum is located right at the harbor. Manzell is a district of Friedrichshafen with its own train station, shopping options, and the Manzell recreation area on Lake Constance, featuring a natural beach. On hot summer days, swimmers can sunbathe on the lawns or play soccer on the soccer field. Barbecues are also allowed.
