It was clean, calm and had a lot of restaurants close. The problem was that the communication with the owner was bad and it should be better.

As a NM local, Non Hill can be a tough neighborhood to stay in! This apartment feels safe, is quiet, and is less than a one minute walk to much of UNM. It’s worth the cost, I’d stay again!

Great location, lots of restaurants in walking distance, I had a lovely stay

The bed was VERY comfortable. The AC unit and controls were a bit hard to figure out (very old system) but it worked well, and they supplied a standing oscillator fan for the bedroom that made it a better experience for cooling the place down to sleep in the summer heat during my stay. All in all, I would stay here again, but tall people be aware, the shower head is very low on the wall. I am 5’8”, and the shower head was mounted at eye-level. For those over 6ft tall, prepare to be hunched over trying to wash your head/face.
