Loved this house and the property manager was lovely. The location is perfect.

Beautiful house, just as pictured and described. A very short drive from Avila, Shell Beach and SLO, the house is in a nice, quiet development nestled up in the hills. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very nice, kitchen was well equipped. When we were there both the main heat and the fireplace were not working, so it was chilly in the morning due to the marine layer. After a few days, we bought an electric radiator (which the host reimbursed us for) which took the chill off well in the main living space. I would recommend checking that these issues are fixed when renting though.
