Everything about our stay was great. Beautiful home and wonderful amenities. Plenty of room for our family.

When we arrived in December, the house was only 50 degrees and it took most of the night to try and warm the place up. We tried using the fans in winter mode but, some of the mains fans didn't work. We also tried to use the gas fireplace but, there was no propane. There was no guest book with instructions or directions for operating the house which made things more frustrating as we looked to solve our heating issue Additionally, we found there was only a drop of soap for hand washing and one garbage bag, the oven temp was in Celsius and couldn't be adjusted.I tried calling the property management company but, they only operated Monday through Friday.
