Clean property in residential area. Owner is a good communicator. Was a bit cumbersome bringing in personal effects as door to apartment is directly behind the main door and has an auto-closer….so it made the move in a bit more challenging. AND if that is the only “issue” then I consider myself lucky. It was a pleasant stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this quiet Guelph neighborhood property. My host was very helpful and listened to what I needed to make my stay the best it could be. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for our stay from appliances to linens to cable service and paid-service movie channels (and AC for the sweltering temps when we arrived), to a very comfortable bed. The upstairs tenant was kind and polite and did not interfere with my plans in any way. I came here to escape the craziness of the US over the 4th of July because my dogs fear fireworks terribly. It was the perfect answer for us. I would happily return in the future.

We had a lovely stay in Guelph at this unit. The apartment was clean and had everyyhing we needed for our stay. Communication with Mihaela was great, and she made sure to check in with us once the trip was booked and again just before our stay.

Excellent residence, comfortable furniture, nice location to stay!
