The Toucan Nest was as advertised, the home was clean, the owner was responsive and the location was just close enough to the town without the hustle and bustle.

Great place, great location! Secure! Would stay again! 5/5!

This place was perfect for our family. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but less than a five minute drive to the heart of Fortuna. We found it interesting in the difference in culture on a couple of things. While the washer and dryer were different than we had experience with, however they were very efficient and easy to use. That sure saved us from having to pack a lot of clothes. The showers heads were something I had never experienced either, but after contacting the host he explained how to use them and we were able to get hot showers. (Just turn them on slightly so there is a medium flow!). Loved it!

Convenient and large home in a gated community in La Fortuna, close to many activities.
