It is a building situated on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.



It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed.



The apartment:



This cosy apartment with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the second floor of the building.



The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen and living areas with a double sofa bed in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a bedroom that features a comfortable double bed.



Likewise, the apartment has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



The building is undergoing renovation works in its interior.



To take into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
