We had a fantastic stay! The check-in was smooth, and the house was very welcoming! We loved walking in and finding a small welcome bundle of basic starter necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags and a few other items) sitting on the counter. The house was just as pictured and very clean! The most amazing thing was being able to park our vehicle in the garage to avoid the rain! The house was very well stocked with all essentials for cooking and even beach essentials such as wagons and chairs! This is a lovely home very close to downtown Cape Coral and just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach. DO NOT think twice about picking this home for next stay! My family stayed 10 nights in this home and enjoyed everything about it! We will stay again if available!

We really enjoyed the pool and the kayaks.House was clean and very nice.

We had everything we needed and the house felt like home. It was clean and comfortable the area was a great and safe location. The bikes were a great addition and were used! We had an issue at first with the hot water. It was a new water heater and wasn't turned up hot enough. Greg took care of it right away as with a few other minor issues. Once those were taken care of, it was great. Will be back again

Great location in Cape Coral. Nice residential area with easy access to restaurants, stores and area attractions. Nice patio area, and a great tiki hut on a canal. We'll be back!
