It’s a lovely and private studio in Christchurch. Clean and very nice owner. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely loved my stay at Merivale separate studio. It is a beautiful little peaceful retreat, with great attention to detail. My favourite feature was the incredibly comfy bed and lovely linens. Merivale is such a beautiful suburb and so handy to the city centre. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Christchurch.

Cosy, very quiet air conditioning unit, compact but roomy enough. Very good locatiion for what we wanted.
Towels were slightly rough

Location central to where we wanted to stay.
Our experience would have been more to our liking if there was a wider range of dishes suitable for smaller meals, deserts and able to be used in the microwave. Cups were very stained inside and unappealing - so did not have a hot drink! The wine glasses were very dusty / marked. Dishes did not match. I wondered why they could not have purchased a dinner set including cups / saucers / mugs.
The cushions and carpet looked worn and stained - where as rest of room looked better.
