Very good communication in advance of our stay, and a helpful welcome given by Christophe from Cocoonr. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and well situated to explore Bordeaux.
Needed new knives to use for meal preparation, but the agency responded to our suggestion and was going to replace these. We had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment was stunning. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the washing machine, ironing facilities as well as the Nespresso machine. Also the free parking was awesome.
