Was ok, Good location near seaside. Good hot tub and gaming room, quiet. Luckily weather was lovely.
Very bright room, no curtains, slept not much. Sadly no extra duvets…
Near seaside was restaurant making paella, sadly didn’t had chance to try as only bookings…maybe next time.

So handy for the beach, a couple of good restaurants (The Waterfront and Livingstones) and Africa Alive. They also have a couple of hot tubs and a games room in a separate building.
Don’t have milk or butter or any shampoo or conditioner which we’ve come to expect as standard at places in this price range. They did have tea bags and lots of crockery and utensils.

Clean, new, modern, cosy and comfortable, in a great location close to my family and the Suffolk coast.
A mirror in the bedrooms would be good, as the only mirror is in the bathroom. Also a hook on the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors would also be handy. The bathroom sink was quite high, so not good for kids.
It’s a shame the hot tubs were out of use and the parking was a bit tight (although some of that was due to other guests not parking thoughtfully). However there was a free car park down the road that we used (next to a handy cafe and playground).
Despite all of this we’d definitely stay again. It was still a great stay!

The games room and the cottage were great.
No toiletries.
