Room was clean, bathroom was smart with an excellent shower and easy to find. It was just as expected & described. Relatively easy access to the centre of Manchester via short walk to the tram & 1/2 hour tram journey.
People in the room next door were very noisy in the early hours in the communal lounge and trying to unlock the door to their room.

The whole place was v clean, really nice bathroom and a good shower, entry and wifi instructions were in good time and v clear.
Adequate kitchen and a comfy common lounge downstairs.
Heating came on in the morning - good!
Amazing value!
The high standards were let down by small items. Like no rail in the wardrobe and no hooks so nowhere to hang stuff (glad I wasn't going to a wedding...)
Also the night was chilly and I cdn't find any extra bedcovers ...

Close to shops and food places.
It is basically a small terrace house in old rundown part of city, room converted into individual rooms. Rooms are of good size if staying sole.
Price was very reasonable.
Good internet connection.
No house keeping, you have to do everything including washing dishes and toilets.
Noise is a big problem.
No staff on site and in case of emergency no one is there.
No dedicated parking, you have to park on a busy street and need a good luck to find a space.
