Luxor Kirindi Ella Resort & Spa

I had a wonderful and memorable stay at this beautiful hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely stunning, with an amazing balcony view where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery. The hotel is also conveniently located near some lovely attractions, including a Uva Halpewatte tea factory, a beautiful Rawana waterfall, and a Buddhist monastery, making it a great place to stay while exploring the area. A special appreciation goes to the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience even more special. I would like to thank specially Dasunika, who gave me a lot of good advices about which sightseeing better to visit during the day and all places were great and worth seeing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful views, a peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely warm hospitality!

service was pathetic, there was no food for vegetarian, asked for some tv paid services we are ready to pay, still not provided,wifi is very poor, water in washroom is very slow in shower. there was no good service still service charged added 10% percent on every bill
