The property was very nice, comfortable. Well furnished
We wanted a late check out but was asked to book a second night. We didn't have a problem with that, but was asked by George to pay cash for the second night and not to book on booking.com this ment that I had to go to ATM to draw. I then had a problem with the ATM not giving me the money I withdrew. This leaving me with out £50, that I still have not got back from my bank. I had to ask my daughter to pay part of the payment that was not the right thing to do.

We felt right at home at Deluxe Ocean Apartment Heliopolis. It was spacious, comfortable, and private, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Spacious and clean apartment
Not conducive to travelers - it was a challenge to get the uber ride to the airport inside the complex. We had to drag 7 pieces of luggage to and fro from the gate and it was quite a walk. The security at the gate is rude and unhelpful. And for the price, there was no welcome package of goodies. Immense potential but the security access issue needs to be sorted.
