it requires a bit of an uphill hike

Comfortable and clean studio with most of what you need. Easy parking and within a short walk of the old town. Nice shower, quiet location.
Was missing a tea/kitchen towel and a drying rack for clothes. Very difficult to close the blinds. You need to crawl up onto the window sill.

Clean and has washer and dryer. Very well equipped and new pots and pans
Uphill narrow path having to give way to upcoming traffic makes it stressful to use the car every time to get down to town. Reversing 3-4 times uphill each time caused my fairly new rental VW SUV to burn the gearbox and had to replace the car eventually. Very nice neighbour lady helped me the last time cos she saw my car smoking and took pity on me. Nice Romanian thank you.

Very quiet and scenic area, with views of Tampa. Surprisingly well organized, very practical and a good fit for the indoor time I had to spend working by the window, with clean air, the sun, and much nature all around. Still, a short walk from Piata Sfatului, with the nice abrupt change of levels that may bother some but worked well for me. Very responsive hosts, seamless check-in and -out. The place is spotless and like it has just been renovated with quality features.
