The property was bright and clean and very nice. In a good location near Yarmouth. I liked that there is outside space on the little terrace.

This is not a complaint in any way - I just want to mention these things as I believe they would improve the stay for future guests. There were no instructions for anything electrical. (All places I have previously stayed at had a folder or file with instructions for things like the oven, microwave, dishwasher, tv, etc. - not everybody is technically-minded). We had never used a gas oven before so that had us beaten on the first night. Also couldn't fathom how to use the microwave. Didn't bother with the dishwasher! Television remote control did not work properly, but on the second day we found the manual buttons on the tv. There was a broken glass on top of one of the kitchen cabinets. In the bathroom there wasn't a non-slip mat for the shower over the bath. In my room which was overlooking the grassy area at the back, the blinds on the windows were so thin that the lighting from around the grass area lit the room up. Could do with black-out blinds.

It was accessible for my Mum from the car park and only a short walk to the front door. The property was more spacious inside than we thought and was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, plus iron & ironing board and a hairdryer. The shower over the bath and in the en-suite was very powerful.

I don’t think we could find any fault with the property. The only thing we had to do was msg the owner to find where to put the rubbish when we were leaving which she responded immediately so was not an issue at all.
