The only thing that I like is the fact that it does have air conditioning, because I’m the summer it’s boiling over here.

The property needs a deep cleaning and upgrade particularly in the bathroom area, because every time you use it the water goes everywhere, making the toilet and the sink all wet. The hot water in the shower didn’t work properly for two nights and we had to contact owner and he said that the boiler was turned off! If you have guests coming I presume it’s supposed to be turned on. The location isn’t great because it’s far from beach and the surrounding area is mainly inhabited by locals, which is hard to communicate with in English even the local shops. The access is very difficult due the staircase and the property is at 3 floor which means travelling with luggage is a nightmare. Additionally, there’s a sign in the kitchen saying that they the owner don’t allow visitors to cook meat or fish in the top cooker, Busan is known for having great meat and fish and if you are staying in a house you should be able to cook your own food without restrictions.
