Welcome to your spacious studio directly on the Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire. This lovely abode is just a 5 minute walk to all of Portsmouth's shops and restaurants and a stones throw from the best roof-top restaurant and taco bar in town. This relaxing condo offers a queen bed with 600 thread-count sheets, one full bath, a vibrant dining area, a large screen TV with full WIFI and ROKU access, and a casual contemporary ambiance to make you feel right at home.All of the windows in this unit open up to lovely water views overlooking the Piscataqua River, and allow for wonderful sea breezes all summer long. House trained four-legged friends are always welcome.

The location is great ! It’s an easy walk to downtown Portsmouth. The house is right on the North Mill Pond. You can see the water rushing in and out from under bridge with the tides. There was no one renting the apartment above me. My stay was quiet. There was no need for me to cook since there are so many good restaurants in town.

The perfect spot to relax on a winter weekend and explore areas of Portsmouth. The space had everything we needed and a great view of the water.

Such a cute place!! It was in a perfect location to walk almost anywhere you would like to go. They were so easy to get in touch with too. Made our stay and our first time to maine amazing!
