Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck overlooking The Schroon River while listening to the babbling brook. After a long day on the slopes of Gore Mountain come back and relax in the hot tub that runs all year. Take a dip in the saltwater pool (during the summer months) catch some rays on the tanning ledge while enjoying the river views. Spend the day canoeing and fishing on the well-stocked river. Enjoy family time and smores on the patio around the built in firepit.

Our pool is open from the middle of May to Columbus day. Heated from Memorial day to Labor day. Before or after that it is $175 dollars a night to have the heater turned on. If the nightly temps are below 45 the heater can not be turned up to 80

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The house itself is incredibly charming, spotlessly clean, and located in an amazing, convenient location that made exploring the area seamless. What truly sets this home apart, though, is the host. It is completely evident that they thought of every single detail and perfectly anticipated the needs of their guests. We were blown away by how well-stocked the home was—the kitchen had every utensil and gadget you could possibly need to cook a great meal, and the bathrooms were fully loaded with thoughtful amenities and extras that you rarely find in a rental. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!.
