Carpark numbers need repainting as it was difficult to find my carpark. Also the guest that came in after 11.30pm couldn't find hers abd woke most of us up yelling to find who had accidently parked in her car park 😳

Was good place to stop for early morning check in at the cook straight ferry. Clean and tidy and staff were happy to wait for a late ish check in

Taking heavy bag up and down several external stairs was awkward.

Great for a one night stay, easy to find, easy to get to where we needed to go the next day.
