Beautiful place and great property grounds with all the pools, hot tubs, easy access to the beach and the kids also loved the great slushy drinks at the Tiki Bar! Wayne was a great host with quick response time!

Great property! Wayne was quick to communicate, and very helpful with any questions. The condo itself was very nice and clean. We loved the closet full of beach supplies! It has an amazing view from the balcony and master bedroom. Our kids loved all the pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers the property offers. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location, perfect view! We loved Pelican’s Perch - the unit was beautiful and we had a wonderful time enjoying the sand and sun!Wayne was a great host, kept us informed before our arrival, and while there was no reason to reach out during our stay, we are confident he would have helped us if needed. Thanks again Wayne for sharing your little piece of beach life with us!

We had to find a new place this year to stay at Myrtle Beach, which my family has been coming to for over 60 years starting with my grandparents. Pelican’s Perch was absolutely amazing! The place was so beautifully decorated. It was so nice to be able to see the ocean all the time and feel like you were right there on the beach. Wayne was a great host and made everything so easy for us. We will definitely be back.
