We had a great stay overall. The condo was clean, in a fantastic beachfront location, and the balcony offered a beautiful view that we enjoyed throughout our trip. The unit was well-maintained and provided plenty of space for our group.One thing to be aware of is that there is a 50 parking fee per vehicle that is paid upon arrival. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s helpful to know in advance.My only real complaint is the noise from the elevator. The condo is located directly behind it, and the elevator runs very loudly. It does quiet down somewhat around 11 PM, I had to put white noise on my phone to drown out how loud it was, but by about 6 AM it starts back up and sounds almost nonstop. The noise was loud enough to wake everyone in all three bedrooms each morning. I had read previous reviews mentioning the elevator noise and thought it wouldn’t be too bad, but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. The elevator moves very quickly between floors, which seems to make the noise especially noticeable.Other than the elevator noise, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location, cleanliness, and balcony views.

We absolutely loved our stay and would book this condo again in a heartbeat!The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The living room had plenty of seating for our family to gather, and the dining table was perfect for meals and games. We especially appreciated the quality of everything, from the furniture and bedding to the dishes, cookware, and coffee maker. Nothing felt cheap or overlooked.The location of the unit was fantastic. Being right next to the elevator made unloading luggage, groceries, and beach gear so easy. You could occasionally hear the elevator, but it was never disruptive. Parking was also convenient and close by. We had very little walking to do. It was all so convenient. The large balcony was one of our favorite features. There was plenty of quality seating and beautiful 11th-floor views of the beach and ocean. Beach access was incredibly easy, and we appreciated the area to rinse off sand and beach gear before heading inside. The property was exceptionally well-maintained. Both pools and hot tubs were great! Even the bathrooms by the pool were kept clean. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We made wonderful family memories and would gladly stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo, with an amazing view of the Gulf. Everything was so wonderful and we will definitely be back again to stay.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Located right off the elevator so we could hear them but it didn’t bother us. Check in was quick and easy! Great location and walkable to most things. My son loved walking to the pier everyday to hunt for shells and jellies. We would 100% recommend and definitely plan to stay again!
