We have a large family that goes on vacation together every summer for a week, and we always try to find a house that can accommodate all of us comfortably and this house exceeded all of our expectations! Everything about it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This house accommodated our whole family, our kids and grandkids . The pool and hot tub area was great for dinners on the patio and playing in the pool. Hot tub heated up great and was large enough for our whole family. Having all of the fun games and water Chanel behind the house made it easy to never have a dull moment. The top deck on the house was a perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy our morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The house was built with some technology in it, which took a little bit to figure out, but overall this house is a 10! Thank you for the great experience, we will be back.

Beautiful home in a great location with lots of activities to stay busy and relax.

We did a multigenerational family gathering including 6 kids and 7 adults, this was the BEST place for all of us! Clean, spacious, and stocked with amenities I didn’t even know I needed (automatic lights in the butler pantry?! Yeah it’s awesome) Pretty typically we pack an extra AppleTV to bring on trips so we can watch our stuff, not needed here though every one of the TVs had its own AppleTV w remote. Can you imagine what it’s like to watch a gaggle of kids play in the pool on a 50 degree day? Chilly right? NOPE, multiple high output heaters surround the perimeter of the pool deck and make any day feel toasty. You can leave all your beach toys home too. Every imaginable shape of sand mold, size of bucket, shovel are in the garage along with bikes, paddle boards, a kayak and more. While the parents watched football and planned excursions the kids were either in the pool, or playing one of a dozen games provided by the hosts. There’s something for everyone. Our hosts were throughly gracious and had prompt responses for any of our questions. 15/10 can’t wait to stay again!!! Certainly The Stumbling Iguana will be the benchmark against which all future VRBO stays are measured.
