A large smart TV plus good old fashioned DVD player - to play one of the 100+ DVDs supplied. Depending on your needs there are games for young and old. If holidaying as a family there is a cupboard full of dress ups, Mr Potato Heads, cars, trains, dolls, games, books and toys. There are also plenty of adult board games and cards, chips and puzzles.

Mount Martha Golf Course is just around the corner, as is the Mount Martha Park with bush walk and look out. Mount Martha beach/town is a 5 minute drive away or 30 minute walk (very steep up hill on the way back). A car is a must for your travels. Mt Martha Pillars, The Briars and Estuary Walk are all a 5 minute drive and there are dozens of wineries within 10-20 minutes. It's a 15 minutes drive to Dromana Triple Drive Ins, 20 minutes to Arthur's Seat Eagle Skylift, The Enchanted Adventure Garden with treetop zip lining and famous mazes. The Peninsula Hot Springs is 25 minutes away where you can enjoy dozens of hot springs, massages, dinner, lunch etc. There are a couple of family friendly hotels with playgrounds within 10-15 minute drive and a multitude of restaurants and cafe's within a 5-15 minute drive.
