The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: refrigerator, glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron, and toaster. The dining table seats six people. The apartment has several entrances leading directly to the plaza or to the terrace, which is also accessible from the living room. Vehicle access is permitted right up to the front door of the house, with no parking issues and completely free of charge.
